saw a card on e bay with a bin price that was way over my limit so i made a best offer with what i taught was guranteed to land it, this was like three days ago and still no reply from the seller, is it normal to not hear from the seller when you make a offer on something he or she has fs?

If you mean that you submitted a Best Offer on their fixed price listing, then it's only good for 48 hours. After 48 hours, it expires provided the seller didn't accept or counteroffer before then.

offers expire in 48 hours if the seller doesn't get back to you. some sellers just ignore offers unless they see one that they like. if i were you, i'd message the seller and just ask him what he thought of your offer or see what kind of ballpark figure he is looking for on the card.
