Question about eBay's new rules

Hey Guys/Gals,
I think I have a handle on most of the new rules/fees that ebay recently announced, but I have a quick question.

They are going to make it so that all auctions/fixed price/store listings must start at atleast $1.00. So heres my question, if I put up a card in my store for $1.00 with best offer can I receive and accept offers below $1.00? It would be GREAT if that were the case, but odds are it wont work. Anyone know for sure? Thanks!

Very good Question Josh.... it wouldn't surprise me if all offers have to be at least a buck though. Just another subtle money grab for those guys. Clay

Hi Josh, talked with someone online the other day and asked the ebay person same question, thier answer was, i don' know. and said they would email me once they found out so will probably hear form them on monday.

To be honest not sure if i am going to stay with ebay anyhow, thier new rule policies aren't going to work, and with them raising the rates it will no longer be viable. not sure if others are in same boat as myself, but am curious is anyone using any other online auction/store that works quite well with at least decent sales(yea i know there is little compared to the bay) was thinking of trying naxcom again, but don't like the fact they hold money till transaction is complete, and thier set ship rates hence why i am curious
