Question about feedback?

Hi all!
Just wondering how the feedback rating works here on HI?
Have received positive feedbacks to a total of 49!
Checked my feedback profile and it notes 68 positive feedbacks!?
Why 49 and not 68?
Sorry if I am cluttering the Board just wondering if someone can fill me in?
