Hey guys !

My brother bought a box of heroes and prospect 10-11.

He got a 100 years of collecting of Maurice Richard.

This card totaly looks like the UM-10 Bases. Is it the same card ? If yes, is it /54 like the UM-10 Base cards ?

According to ITG checklist, his card is #42. The UM-10 is also #42.

If anyone could help us it would be very appreciated ! Thanks

No they're different cards. The UM10 cards were actually the size of C55's where the cards in H&P have the large blue border around them to make them the same size as the regular base cards.

Collectors:

A large number of collectors who saw the UM-10 base cards wrote and emailed to me that they wanted to collect these cards but didn't have the budge to buy UM-10.

I understood and wanted them to have the opportunity to collect these special cards so I made regular sized cards using the UM art of the 100 cards depicting our tribute to 100 years of hockey card collecting.

25 of the cards are in Heroes, 25 in Between The Pipes, 25 in Decades and 25 in Canada vs The World as non-memorabilia inserts.

The UM-10 base cards were cut to the size of the original C56s and are more limited than the non-memorabilia insert version.

Hope this helps to explain the origin of these cards.
