question about ITG super box from 05/06

hey gang, I have a question about a card I just picked up. How many of these were inserted of this kind in those super boxes? I am thinking it might be rare since I have never seen another Mikko like this!

Oh...back to the question at hand...there were what...1000 of those superboxes made. Each one included a stamped H&P auto, and and every regular series 1 H&P auto could have been included meaning an average print run of what...8-10 of these based on how many autos there were? Like, I doubt there were 10 stamped Crosby and Ovechkin autos, and I doubt there were only 8 Ryan Whites...so yeah...I'd still say no more than 10?
