I have just aquired a KSA 9.5 Brule Ice RC/99. Now I know he hasn't been doing to well right now and I was considering selling. However, I really like him and wouldnt mind busting it out of the case for a nice raw copy. Do these Ice RC's /99 hold their value pretty well, even if his play doesn't pick up? I know I could easilly get 300us for it on Ebay right now and am considering it, especially with his lack of production. I also have some other cards of his I am considering dumping, not cheap of course, but want to hold onto one or 2. Any thoughts?

NICE CARD!!! :)

Clay - breaking 7-9 cases will yield ONE #/99 UD Ice RC - could be Vanek, Brule, Carter, Ovechkin, Crosby, or Perry.

They hold up their price OK. Brule's stock is dropping a bit because of production,... HOWEVER, take a look at his Ice Time, his age, and his linemates,... if you're a Brule collector, I strongly believe you'll be rewarded in the distant future. However, short term,... his stock is NOT hot,...

lol, thanks Stephen, Its definatley a beauty of a card and would be real tough for me to let go of. Just curious as to what the rC experts have to say. Definatley having to breal 7-9 cases to get one really helps hold up the value

Hi Clay - that's why I bought it in the first place! Along with the Vanek! The Vanek was a $380 USD from memory and the Brule got negotiated down to $290 CAD at the Bonsor show - bought it because the condition.

As you might think, the UD Ice cards grade well, but there are a number of 9's as well,... that would still be the average IMO. KSA gave the surface of the Brule a 9 and everything else was above.

I added 30BV 3 cards to our deal because of my one day delay - my apologies again. Very unexpected incident.
