I'm being offered a Stamkos Ice RC /10 in trade but know nothing about it. I haven't seen a scan either...anyone know anything about these? What have they sold for in comparison to the /99 version?

It'd have to be either be the Ice Premiere patch auto /10 or the Fresh threads jersey/patch black /10. Neither are going to be as collectible as the Ice RC /99, but the Premiere patch auto might bring a $300-600 offer (just a guess as I don't follow Stamkos sales)

The plain patch /10 is nothing major, the premieres patch auto /10 however if its 3 or more colors will get between 800-1200.

The ice premieres will bring you over 1k-$1500.

Here's a Tavares for comparison:

John Tavares UD Ice Patch auto rc/10!! (#180696893228) C $1,076.00 View Item (won't actually let me open the item to share a link so here's the feedback from the transaction)

That's assuming it's the ice premieres auto patch /10, which is one of the most popular subsets across all brands.

The Ice Premiere Patch AU #/10 have been outselling the Ice Premiere RC #/99. We have 3 or 4 individuals that have waged an ongoing bidding war for the Patch Auto #/10 and I have been offered amounts exceeding the value of the Ice RC #/99 cards for those players.
Known examples are the Grabner Ice Patch Auto #/10 was selling in the $250 - 300 range ( I sold one for $255.00) and the Neal for $300 - 350 - check the value of ICE RC #/99.
I DO NOT have the stats to prove my point BUT someone with a data base of sales could possibly elaborate and I believe I've seen the Stamkos and Tavares sell for over $1000.

the auto patch /10 can be considered a whale to many player's collectors so it makes sense to outsell the rc /99

plus they are sick looking cards

The Ice Premieres /10 are the rarest rookie subset that exists. Only 10 of them and a HUGE print run of Ice product. Most of these never see the light of day and stay in boxes/cases.

I never knew these existed. I'm eager to see a scan of one.

Here's my Kulemin from the same year as Stamkos

They're absolutely stunning cards. My Gorges is one of my top 4-5 cards in the entire collection. I'd love to own a Price one day but that's not likely to happen anytime soon. LOL
Here it is:

There are so many problems with these cards. First off you need to actually find one. Secondly, when you do find it you will pay a kidney for it.

or you can be like me and just pull the card of your player for yourself. easy find and much cheaper. didn't realize it at the time but the odds were astronomical. :D

my first big pull and the one that started my PC. after i pulled this, i went online and found a Lundqvist YG HG /10 that was minutes away from closing and bought it. 2 of the biggest cards within 10 minutes and the rest is history!
