Question about UD returns Help please :)

I bought a couple more boxes of sp authentic today and sent back 6 cards that were damaged.

The 2 auto's were from 05-06 sp authentic. I really hope they will not try and say that the product is over 8 months old and send me some lousy black diamond packs.

Anyone have any clue what UD will do about damaged 05-06 cards inserted into 06-07 boxes?

I felt nauseated after seeing 6 damaged card from 2 boxes.

Although my 2 SOTT 99 cent masterpieces from the boxes (stillman,Gleason) were mint)

As long as they have replacement stock it shouldn't be a problem. If they don't, you'll get the dreaded letter and maybe a few courtesy packs.

Even one month old cards aren't guaranteed to be replaced. It depends on what they have available.

Thanks for the info. I'm sure UD has replacement stock for different products at all times. Sending me (or anyone else) back factory damaged cards should not be an option.

I guess they do what they can get away with. If they can get away with sending someone back 3 packs of garbage and damaged cards, they will.

If they can't replace my cards with the exact same cards, I expect something of equal value in return. Not the damaged cards back, and not 3 packs of black diamond.

I hope none of your ultimate were damaged. That would be horribe paying 100+ per pack and getting damaged cards.

But yeah SPGU packs would be alot better than Black diamond.
