Question on UPPER DECK redemptions

Hey guys, I had a redemption redeemed a few months back that says status shipped and never got here so I'm filling out that form they have so I can prove my case. On a serial number card, do they jot down what serial number they are mailing you? I say this because Upper Deck checks your form and investigates whether the card was mailed or not. How would they know if it was mailed figuring its a low end card that wasn't shipped with confirmation or anything. How do they justify mailing me a new one?

Is it marked shipped April 26th? If so that date has a ton of issues.
