Question re: Get It Shipped

Hello all, I've recently signed up for Get It Shipped to use for my US purchases, as it seems much more cost-effective than COMC.

For anyone who has used this service, my question is how/where do you see that your cards have been received and are being stored? I find the layout of the site is not exactly user-friendly. I've purchased a few cards that I assume would have arrived by now, but for the life of me can't figure out how to see them.

I think you must be a VIP member to receive a confirmation for cards arrived. Do you pay for VIP membership?

If you have VIP they take photos of your cards and upload them to a Google Drive account twice a week.

Don't sure how it works if you're not VIP. But I wanted pics and confirmations on all my cards so I signed up for VIP. Didn't feel it was a meaningful service if you were not a VIP member.

Hey! So I use GISI as well, I'll leave instructions below for how I access it, it should be the same for you.

1. Go to Google Drive and log-in.
2. Go to Shared with Me (should be on the left side)
3. There should be a folder with 4 digits shared by a Tim Corriveau.
Double click that folder and you should see the cards that have been arrived and scanned into your account.

You don't pay for every item that gets delivered. Instead, you pay a flat fee for however many months you sign up and get unlimited deliveries to your GISI box. You then pay for shipping to you which varies depending on the shipment itself (where you are, how big the shipment is, etc). Hope that helps answer your question!

I received a mail with an direct link to the personal Google Drive account when I signed up. You should be able to get your link if you contact GISI by mail if there occur problems when following the steps provided above.

Their website I only use when I do my shipping requests.

Super helpful, thanks guys! My Gmail account is not my main e-mail address, so I had to track down my info and lo and behold, 7 cards already sitting in there. Thanks again!

I just signed up. Got the 12-month VIP $99.99 USD package for $50.00 USD by using coupon code LEGEND.

Won't be able to drive across from Winnipeg to Pembina ND like I did with "Kinek", but I won't have to pay the $5 USD per envelope to Kinek either.

Can't drive across the the start odf the pandemic anyway. And can avoid the winter time drive as well. Time will tell but it sounds good so far.

P.S. To the other "newbies" I renamed the "####" folder shared by Tim C. to "Get It Shipped International ####" as I already have dozens of previously shared to me folders and "####" was a bit vague for my purposes.
