Question Re: Shipping from US to Canada

I'm in Canada and just won a high end item from a US seller. He has asked me how I'd like this shipped (as he hasn't shipped high end to Canada). I'm not sure what the US shipment methods are called - can anyone recommend what I should request?

fyi, I just sent an UD series 2 complete set, victory upd set,
and all 4 insert sets from US to Canada, box was 3lbs, I used
Fed-ex and it came to $14, it's insured at $300 and has
complete tracking.
