any one ever have a redemption u tried to redeem, and it said it was already redeemed? just asking, i possibly know some one that happened too

apperently one of my buddies, actually had it happen. he tried to redeem it online and it said it has already been redeemed.

he may have entered the number incorrectly.......or perhaps a duplicate redemption sticker was produced.

not sure its taken care of now. so its all good. but it still baffeled me.

There was also one type of redemption card that UD produced in which the label could be peeled up to expose the code then pushed back down with no evidence of tampering. He coulda been the victim of some douchebaggery.
