Questions about COMC @ Expo

I'm planning on packing up a bunch of cards and brining them to Expo tomorrow for COMC. As this will be my first involvement with COMC (besides opening an account), I have a few questions I'd like clarified if anyone can assist.

1) Do I need to have money in my account before I drop the cards off at the Expo?
2) Do I need to have an exact count of how many cards I am dropping off?
3) Do the cards need to be organized in any logical fashion, or can they be "disorganized" in terms of year, set, team, player etc?

I'm going to bet that Moe will be on here later and also comment, but I'm pretty sure I can answer these correctly:

No. You need to have the money in your account before they start processing them.
2) Do I need to have an exact count of how many cards I am dropping off?
No, though it depends on which submission option you're using. You can do "approximatley" or "exact".
3) Do the cards need to be organized in any logical fashion, or can they be "disorganized" in terms of year, set, team, player etc?
No, though I suspect being organzied by set makes it easier for them to input, and you'll likely see the time it takes to get them into your inventory is quicker.

No. You need to have the money in your account before they start processing them.

Wow, you beat me by about 5 minutes...well done

And, you've got all three answers correct.

1) You don't need store credit until the cards are received at our warehouse, and we're ready to start processing the cards.

2) An exact count is better, in that the amount of store credit required at the beginning of processing is based on the amount of cards you have submitted. If your approximation is high, then you'll need more store credit than may be actually necessary to start the submission process.

3) Better organization on your part means quicker processing on our part, and it generally gets your cards thru the system just a little quicker.
