Raccoons on Ice CBC VHS or DVD

Anyone have a Raccoons on Ice on DVD or VHS available? There are a couple on ebay but they are asking way too much (IMO)

Was it a legit release? When did it come out? I've got the first 2 volume box set CBC put out in 04 and 05
