Had a half day off to start the weekend, and found myself in Game Breakers. So I did what comes naturally and started opening product (veered a little off track at the end, but I'll post that on the appropriate forum).
So I decided I'd test the "never leave the last pack" rule. There'd been 3 packs of last year's ice hanging out for a long time - I should have let them stay longer. I also hadn't opened any SPGU this year, so did 1 pack, got kicked, figured it couldn't get any worse and got kicked again - all the "hits" from those are below (and available)
Also opened two of the Panini Goalies - nice thing about this is that I have a home for the base sets as both of the boys will love these. Unfortunately the parallels and jerseys I hit leave something to be desired - all available.
Pack of Limited wasn't bad, wasn't great either. Not shown is a redemption for the auto retired numbers of Hawerchuk (which is at least a keeper). The rookie is the silver version.
And a box of Crown. The Toews got stuck in the pack crimper so has to be replaced, and the Scratching the Surface is PC. Rest are available.
