Randy Macho Man Savage Dies Of Heart Attack While Driving

RIP Macho! One of my all time favorites. Thanks for all the childhood memories. Ooooohh yeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Ohhhhhh noooooo!! Really sad news, as a kid I loved watching him wrestle. Heart attack and then hitting a tree, what a sucky way to go. RIP slim jim, best commercials ever.

RIP to a true ring legend.

My all time fave and definitely one of the best in ring performers ever. I still have the poster I purchased from the Toronto Sun of the Front Page when we won the belt at WMIV. My dad, brother and I watched it on closed circuit tv (pre PPV) at old Maple Leaf Gardens....where have all the good times gone!
RIP to my childhood hero.

Sad news. I am not really a wrestling fan today like I was when I grew up, watching the Macho Man and Hogan. Although I would have to say the big draw to watching the the Macho Man was to see Miss Elizabeth at ring side. Still a very big loss to the wrestling community and a sad day for all fans.
RIP Macho Man

can I get a big

"OOH YEAH"

I can't tell you how heartbroken I've been over this since I heard the news this morning. Sounds silly, but I feel like one of my close friends just died. Rest in peace, Macho Man...you were a huge part of my childhood.

Doesn't sound that crazy to me. When I watched wrestling I always had the same type feeling. You watch these days multiple times a week and you kinda feel like you know them. I was sad like that when Owen, Eddie and Benoit (Until the real story came out) died.

Macho was one of my faves growing up, sad to hear the news.

I had to Wrestlemania 4 last night to relive some great memories. I wished he and Vice would have been able to bury the hatchet as Macho would have made a great commentary man, And imagen the ovation had he been inducted in the HOF.

Hogan might have been the "big star", but Macho Man Randy Savage was the real show. Everything he did had style. And just enough crazy to keep you GLUED to the set.

Heck, even his death has that: A heart attack while driving, cutting across multiple lanes of traffic (including the wrong way) and hitting a tree - yet without significant injury from the traffic adventures. STYLE. You even went with style, Macho Man.

I'd bet that right now, he's goin' best of 3 falls with Michael the Archangel. And winning.
