Thrilled to add these to the collection....I know most collectors now have little appreciation for these cards, they certainly were HUGE pulls in their time.

93-94 Ultra Oates Auto

This Next one I need help on. I'm pretty sure this is the auto inserted into 93-94 Pinnacle....

93-94 Pinnacle Alexandre Daigle AUTO

Any help on the Daigle would be appreciated. Have never seen a copy of it before...

I think its actually a 93-94 a. Daigle pinnacle auto, in my beckett it says 1993-94 pinnacle, daigle au stated odds 1:2000 series 1, this is a rare card

Actually, this is the card that you are seeing in your beckett. I believe the one posted by the OP is either a TTM or in-person auto. I don't believe it is a certified autographed card.

Notice under his autograph it says "One of 1,500 personally autographed rookie cards"

Beauty Oates! Had no idea that existed. Any others in the set?

There are 12 different cards in the set. I believe each one had an autographed parallel. The 12 cards span his career (up through 1993-94) and feature him in Bruins, Red Wings, Blues, and All Star jerseys. The pack-inserted autographed cards are embossed with the word "Fleer". You can see this across his stick and legs in the picture below

I was thinking that it wasn't the right one. What I think I have is a card that was given out at the NHL draft or shortly after and it was signed at some point. I can't find info on it anywhere but am glad I picked it up as I haven't seen it before.

That's cool about the Oates, as I didn't know each card had a signed version. It was really neat to get this card and see it in person for the first time and see the embossed fleer logo. I had no idea they did that and it was great to learn something new about 90's cards.

Mystery solved...I knew I had a very vague memory of the above Daigle card being given out at the draft. Found this in a book...

The Oates is a great card! One of my favorite players in the 90's.

This auto set is as said, spread out over the set with each card having an auto'd version. I think this may have been the series 2 or 2nd year of FU that had this. Fedorov was the other player that had a set like this.

I also remember all of the hype around Daigle by score & pinnacle brands! It isn't a surprise that they would have this as a draft gift or redemption.

92-93 had Jeremy Roenick
93-94 had Adam Oates
94-95 had Sergei Fedorov
