not too sure what this card is all about
if anyone knows i would appreciate any info you can give me
i heard its numbered /10 (not hand numbered of course)

They were from the 02-03 BAP First Edition Hobby Edition Mail in sets and are not at all limited. Print run in the hundreds if not thousands.

It'd be rare if it was the 01/02 BAP Memorabilia Draft Redemptions #1. There's around 60 or so that got redeemed.
