Wow these guys are tough!! They are for real. I'm a life-long REDS fan but I'll be rooting for the Rays this year as my team is out once again. :|

Well when your core is composed of about a half-dozen Top 3 picks... ;) I love what's been going on down there and that the team is finally letting the kids play with a bunch of pro's pros filling out the roster. If you think they're tough now, wait another year or two when all of their premium pitching prospects finally hit

Since my hope for the O's is to finish the season .500 or better, I should probably root for another team. Haha.

It would be nice to see a team other than the Yanks or Sox win the AL East.

I'll cheer for the Rays in hopes that the Orioles can repeat the same feat in moving from worst to first next season :D

Rays

Im a yankee fan, but a baseball fan first. The domination of yanks and sox is tiring and not good for the game. I'm kind of rooting for the rays. i never thought they would be still in therunning. My heart is still with the yanks, but i fully understan other fans attitude.

Devlin, I'm kinda with you. I am rooting very hard for the Rays even though I am a Yankee fan. My rooting interest in the Yanks has waned since they signed Arod. He is a great player but is a choker and a prima donna. I would think his mouth would have athlete's foot by now for all the times his foot has been in there. Seems the yanks are reverting to their 80's and early 90s ways.

Too bad the Rays won't be able to keep that team together for any amount of time as they won't have the money to keep most of them. However, for this one this one season it is great to see and with any luck they will win the World Series.

I am a Braves fan. I am just getting used to them losing. I will not root for the Rays! I want postseason Braves back!!

This might be the greatest one year turn around in any sport. Ever. Between the Rays and the Twins (seriously they loose Santana, Silva, and Hunter and theyre still hanging in there) there could be a great chance of an underdog winning it all this year. Too bad the Rays still cant draw a crowd.

Crap.. we choked last night !!
Up 7-0 in 7th inn.. u gotta win.

But, I have tickets (4 in sec 129 / 3rd base side ) for gm 6 in Tampa !! oops, St Pete : )
Woo Hoo..should be a hot tick.

Yeah that sucked!! I hope that isn't their demise.

They better be able to win one of the next 2 games at home; preferably Game 6.

I can't believe the Sox came back..you just don't see teams come back from 7-0 in baseball that late. I think the Rays are the better team but I remain hopeful the Sox can do the unthinkable and win these two road games :)

I just scored gm 7 tickets now also !!
But pls Rays win today in gm 6 !!
My gm 6 ticks are much better though, gm 7 is upper level.

GO RAYS !!

There shouldn't be a team in Florida, the Bandwagon fans of all time.
Panthers, where's their fans now???oh they go to the Lightning games now....wait till they start to loose and they won't go to the games.

Same with the Marlins, where are the fans now??? Where were the Rays fans before?????

Red Sox Fans are Fans of their Team through it all. Same with $#!@# Yankee Fans.

At least those fans are loyal. Put the hockey teams where they belong, Winipeg Quebec etc.... and Break up these expansion baseball teams. Just wait till the next team gets hot and the current one cold and it will be empty seats for the Rays per usual.

Worst move in sports was putting baseball hockey and basketball there. Biggest crop of Bandwagon, FairWeather Fans in the history of sports.

I'm a loyal REDS fan, but seeing how they suck every year, I pick a playoff team to root for.

Don't get me wrong, I think what they've done there is remarkable, great young talent. Just hope they don't break the team up like the Marlins do everytime they get a good team together and don't want to spend the $$$ cause they can't cause there's no one in the seats. I just wish they would have put those teams in better markets, or only put one team there. I can't understand why they have some many fairweathers and not much of a true fan base.

The new management they put in was incredible, and they really rebuilt that team fast. With all the great young players they should be around for years to come if they keep the team intact.

I rooted for them to a point, Sonnenstine grew up just a couple miles away, so I like to see him pitch good, just not against the Red Sox. I mean pulling for a team to make waves like Colorado last year is fine. I just hope the people going to the games now, keep going, even when the team starts to falter some, instead of going to support the next hot team. I mean they are all hot for The Rays and Lightning when just a few years ago it was all about the Marlins and Panthers....now those teams have zero fans. It's like it's a mobile fan base. I mean in OHIO you are either a Reds fan or Indians either a Browns fan or Bengals. Down there it makes no sense. Sure I'd rather see another team in the state do good, but I'm not buying season tickets to the Bengals anytime soon or the Reds.
