Its near the Reply and Quote links on the bottom right of each post. You can also hoover your mouse of the Like button to see other options. I just did a laughing emoji on your post above.

It’s at the bottom right of someone’s post. Please see screenshot below. I have also taken this as an opportunity to upload a photo on here with my phone, which is much easier now with the new update.
