Real or Fake?

I thought I would reach out to the HI community for opinions on this Fedorov, I have seen some wicked patches from this set, but not sure of this one. Thanks for your input :beer:

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but that set was notorious for UD sewing patches back onto a player's other jersey swatches and putting them in the card (I've seen a couple cases where jersey swatches in correlation to where the patches don't match, like this.) I'm guessing UD used to strip all the jerseys down to the bare bones (no seams, etc) and separate patches from jersey material, and probably had to think fast with this set in piecing 2 and 2 together.

It only looks suspicious because the CCM logo is on the wrong jersey background color since I believe both the home and away jersey CCM logos were set on white. I wouldn't be surprised that this is what happened though...they probably ran out of usable white 3x3 jersey material and just put it on an red Fedorov swatch instead.

Someone had a bucket at one time with a whack load of these. My first instinct on this is that it is fake. This is a card I followed as I was still collecting him at the time and I only ever saw one logo piece. All the other pieces I saw were all number and nameplate pieces. I would stay away from that one based on all the others I saw.

Yes and it's not even sewn on, it's heat-pressed like the CCM logos on replica jerseys. FAKE.

the CCM on real jerseys is a lot bigger as well
