Really Upper Deck REALLY????

Last year i bought a 08-09 uncut Rc patch sheet from the cup ( redemption).
I redeemed the card, receive it a few months later and WOW an awesome framed uncut sheet! Anyways this year decided to buy another one from 09-10 The cup ( Gold rc auto patch). Paid 400$ for the redemption, redeemed and yesterday got my sheet....... Rolled up in a tube!!!!! REALLY??? what am I or anybody that bought a redemption for any uncut sheet suppose to do with and uncut sheet not framed and rolled up in a banner???? nothing numbered on any card???

Am I over reacting?? I think this is totaly not acceptable... for a 500$ a pack product.

Or is this complete BS from Upper Deck? I saw some redemptions go for over 700$ this year. Man i feel sorry for you guys,,,

Anyways I'll post some pics but if anybody is intrested let me know cause i certanly can't do anything with it and i'm not paying 300$ to get it framed.

It says right on the redemption whether or not it is framed... My brother got one it said not framed on the redemption and it came in the tube.

I agree with you, totally unacceptable from UD. The past number of years these were great items that came very nicely framed and this year they are not worth much of anything imo.

UD probably saw all the people pulling them from the frame, cutting them up and trying to hawk 'em on eBay as "1/1"'s, so you can probably blame those guys.

I'm guessing it was just too expensive to frame/ship them and replace any damaged in shipment etc, that it just wasn't worthwhile to continue.

I just picked my uncut sheet up from fed ex today, rolled up in a frickin tube also. Were these made thicker in past years because this is really thin? Its a complete joke i am so so very pissed at UD, they should have put on the checklist or website that a change for these was made, not wait for you to redeem it and then say its unframed when you do.:badmood::badmood::badmood:

While I agree with you If UD was to notice something like that I really wish they would notice all the patch faking.. while I don't agree with cutting them up they are not faking anything.
