ok, now I got it. i was already wondering why he listed certain cards with $9.99 BIN that were easily valued at $200. guess that's the reason why he relists them again as buyers understand the unreasonable shipping fee.

I was watching a bat on ebay, same thing .99 BIN $250 shipping. The seller actually stated in the item details that the BIN is low and shipping was high to save on fees. I am surprised ebay didn't delete the auction and suspend him.
