Hi everyone. I haven't posted mail in a while, so here it goes.
First up, a couple of swatch upgrades for my Parkhurst Retro master set mission:
02-03 Parkhurst Retro Gaborik He-Shoots-He-Scores jersey 8/20
02-03 Parkhurst Retro Jagr stick & jersey /60
I'm super stoked to get the Gabby. It is a nice two color with a fat seam. I originally got outbid on it when the guy broke up his complete set #'d 8/20. Really happy to see it resurface on the 'bay, and win it. This one stays with the set (which I'm still four away from), and the solid green piece I'm keeping for the player collection. The Jagr came through an easy deal fromCraig (fullbag) who got it from the now defunct collection of Vinny (Meth68). I'm really diggin' the three color jersey piece.
...and on to the Gaborik additions:

07-08 Artifacts Tundra Tandems Gaborik/Koivu metallic purple dual jersey
People have been listing the retail Tundras with low BINs, and they barely stay up a minute. I was happy to land this one for $9 delivered, especially when one went for about $20 in auction format last night. That finishes Artifacts off for me, other than 1/1's.:dance:

07-08 Trilogy Honorary Scripted Swatches Gaborik jersey auto 50/50
Still pluggin' away at Trilogy, knocked off a couple more. I like the serial number on this one. Gabby has a good chance at 50 goals this year, and he'll easily break his career high of 38. Please stay healthy Marian!!

07-08 UD series 1 Signature Sensations Gaborik auto
A couple of decent looking autos. The Sig Sensations is the second one I've bought. The other showed up on my 30th B-day mangled in the bubble mailer. I can't bring myself to throw it away, but I can't find a reason to keep it.
Just glad to cross these two off the list.

07-08 Spx Winning Combos Spectrum Gaborik/Demitra dual jersey 60/99
I like how the Spectrum cards are thicker even though they are not patch cards. It makes them tougher to crease in the mail. The Black Diamond is a nice dual jersey with two colors, and it's the first one numbered. I also have the quad 01/10 incoming. I wasn't really after them specifically at first, but somehow I've ended up with many 01/xx's. Guess it's as close as I'll get to 10/xx since somebody always gobbles them up...ah hem...Murray.
Now for he Three Stars of the Night...well sorta

Snapped this up on a BIN, and I'm really happy with the patch. It's a nice four color, and if you tilt the card you can see more color breaks underneath.

07-08 Spx Winning Combos Radiance Gaborik/Ciccarelli dual patch auto 6/10
Hehe, lucky for me Murray collects cards picturing Gabby only. I managed to snag the dual jersey for a good price, and it's only the third 10/xx card in my collection. I really like the Minnesota connection past and present, these two make a nice pair.

06-07 Sweet Shot Signature Sticks Gaborik dual stick auto 7/15
Recently acquired these two in trades from the Don himself. Thanks again, Curt. You're the Man!! He tricked me on the Trilogy patch and said he was sending 8/10, which was a piece of the number patch. When it showed up it was a sweet piece of the "d" in Wild on the shoulder patch, and was 1/10 to boot. What a nice surprise! The Signature Stick is also from him in trade. It's a nice upgrade from the plain one color piece I had. Super cool!!
