Just thought I would show off my recent (last couple of weeks) pick-ups. Here we go. First off, stuff pulled from loose packs here and there. I usually go and pick up 2-4 packs of whatever on my lunch break twice a week.
7 or 8 packs of 07-08 Ice yielded this along with a couple of no name rookies....
Only 4 packs of 07-08 UD 2 and this beauty popped out....
I picked up a few packs of Legends Masterpieces and I have to say, I am not a fan of these. Nice idea, but something about them just doesnt do it for me. Not to mention that 25% of the cards were damaged. All in the same spot
Normally I wouldnt really care about damage, but recently I have pulled a lot of damaged cards. I think these just put me over the edge and I will be sending UD a little package.
Next is some mail for the ol' Yzerman PC. All but the Sig. Series auto are via Ebay.
Lastly, I visited Waynes in Edmonton over the weekend and picked up a couple of boxes from the "cheap bin"
One 06-07 UD 1 yielded 6 no name rookies and jerseys of, err, I cant even remember. However, my 07-08 SPA box was GREAT. Notables #/1999 were Robinson, Clarke and Kurri. HoloFX were Ovechkin and Marleau. Also pulled a Joel Lundqvist FW rookie #/999 and a Marty Brodeur gold base #/100. For the autos I pulled these....
And the best for last....
NICE!! But its missing a patch
I was REALLY excited until I saw the plain white patch. Oh well, I am not complaining.
