Recent Gaborik PC additions - with a shout out to the Burly Paper Towel guy

Today I received an unexpected package from Matt (Chadsexington), and it inspired me to fire up the old scanner. A while back I sent him some cards that he'd appreciate more than I did, and didn't really ask for anything in return. He knows I'm a Gabby freak, so here's what he sent me out of the blue:

03-04 UD SPA Sign of the Times

It's in darn near pristine condition, and has a nice clean auto.
Also included was a 05-06 Fleer Ultra Gold Medallion, and a 03-04 OPC blue parallel /500.
Very cool, Matt! Not necessary, but much appreciated. Big thanks.

I really like the design of this set, and big patches to boot.

Dull patch, but it's the first I've seen surface on the 'bay.


#1: 04-05 UD SPA Rookie Review 80/100

This one is an upgrade to the three color number patch copy I have.
It's one of my top three favorite patches in my PC.

Don't sell yourself short Pat. You were the one who originally contacted me out of the blue a few months ago with my then #1 want remember? Our trade after that took about 4 seconds to complete. A few months after that, you generously sent me a bunch of Kings cards, including a Luc Robitaille rookie which I'd wanted but never got around to buying.

You're a class act Pat, and it was the least I could do, and I'm sure I will do it again if given the chance

Pat, I really like that Private Signings card. I still say Topps does the best hard signed cards sans memorabilia.
