Redemption Replacement Mail Day

After a 1 1/2 year of waiting, I finally get a replacement for an Eric Cole 04/05 BAP auto. Open the package to find that nothing is in it but the letter stating that Upper Deck could not fulfill the redemption and that they hope the replacement will be sufficient. Well, thanks for nothing Upper Deck.

So, I called Upper Deck today and explained that the replacement for the redemption for Eric Cole was empty and just contained a letter. The customer service rep stated, "Humm, that's weird...what a bummer" and then stated that Upper Deck would send out a replacement for the replacement...no questions asked.

They just figured the letter was worth more than a BAP Cole card is all.
