Redemptions & Replacement! WoW!!!

I received some redemptions and last week I contacted both Panini and Upper Deck about some old redemptions that I got tired of waiting on and asked if they could be replaced.

Replacements arrived and all I can say is WoW ! Very, very pleased with both companies' customer service departments.
