Headed down to Regina for the spring show and was thrilled with the turnout today. Crowds were excellent, spending was frenzied, and got to chat with some familiar hobby faces from the area and a few out of province folk.

Managed to pick up a few things before the show opened and glad I did as I didn't get a chance to roam for the first 4 hours of the show. Several of the grabs were simply a walk down memory lane and the need for shiny.

A truly beautiful and stunning selection of old and new, Darren.

What a pleasure for the eyes it was to see that display. Thank you.

Wow! I love the Gretzky twigs and Orr signs of excellence, but that Thornton is an amazingly tough find. Congrats and thanks for the show.

DO you know the story on the Yzerman Line 2 Line Die-Cut with the player cut out? I think it was Al that posted an Iginla like that a few months ago and was wondering what the story behind it was.

Those are the parallels of sorts, The first 250 were die cut with that design and numbered /250. The regular version is numbered /1500 or something along that line.

sick sick pickups, those older inserts brought back a lot of memories !

oh and the Orr autos are nice too

Beauty find getting the Beliveau, that ones a real toughy. I am still looking, LMK if you ever come across another.

Joe thornton Black Diamond Gold! That is my fave out of the bunch. Glad to hear the show was pretty good!

Thanks for clearing that one up for me. I must be getting old because I can't remember the Player being cut into them like that. For some reason I thought it was just top areas that were cut. There must have been something else going on with Al's Iggy and that is escaping me too.
