Relist? Second Chance Offer? Ebay Help Pls!

Send an ebay payment reminder, it'll open a dispute and will show you're serious. I bet they're just buying time to pay, the buyers on the auctions I looked at have great FB. I'm sure you'll get payment quickly after opening up a dispute.

Hey Stephen

If the Ladd doesn't sell I'll take it if you want....I really need that one for my set. Let me know Stephen as I can send payment immediately!!! I can't wait for the other cards to arrive I won off of you!!

Does that mean file an Unpaid Item Dispute???

Dean - I'll try and settle with the winners first. If that doesn't happen, the Ladd is yours for the price I sold it for.

americanrockmusic bought something off me too and took a really long time to pay, but he paid. Just send a gentle reminder and see what happens.

Usually I email them and say if they don't pay or reply in x number of days I will be opening an ebay dispute, most of the times that kicks them into gear.

He's a good buyer, he's bought from me in the past as well.

I recommend avoiding the dispute and just keeping things civil and relaxed....a few e-mail reminders and you should get your payment shortly.

send a couple reminders, i said 7 before in my sales, but that is is when send first reminder out. sometimes instead of a echeque they are waiting on funds being deposited into thier paypal account, and can take up to 10 days sometimes.

some and its happened to me relist automatically after 7 days, its really your call

if they don't pay for the 05/06 cup base set, let me know what your asking, don't have that set completed but it will go nice between my 07 ones

Stephen

I'd give them the full seven days to remit payment.

Then send them a reminder that their payment is overdue.

Here's to it working out for you in the long!

The first two guys look like they have pretty good feedback and I may cut them a little slack, but I wouldn't wait more than another 7 days on them. You've given them plenty of time already.

As for the buyer pantera_99, file on him right away. If you go back through his feedback, his negs are for non-paying. Don't waste your time with him and just file a NPB on him and relist. He looks like nothing but troble to me.

Stephen - I run into this with every batch of auctions I run. You give'em the full seven days. At seven, you send the invoice once again with an attached note that says "Please respond promptly." 24 hours later, file the Unpaid Item Dispute - I guarantee that 99% of laggards pay promptly once they get it. I expect alla them folks will pay.

If someone doesn't - don't second chance or sell anything until the dispute is final and closed. That way, the defaulting buyer has NO real argument for recourse.
