I think both of them have cards. Doc has some promo cards from the ITG 1972 set...either promos, or they were issued and then pulled back and a few leaked out or something like that. I think McWilliam's a promo card somewhere too that I swear I've seen before, but I can't find any images of.

According to this guy, McWilliam has jersey cards in 2001 Black Diamond

Dr. Price had I think ten of them inserted into 1972 The Year in Review; I saw one pulled at the LCS. I believe it ended up going to eBay and selling for $100.
