Remember my poor customer service experience w/ Upper Deck (anti-rant)

Well, I emailed Upper Deck a few days ago because I thought they had forgotten to send my Gretzky SOTT back to me.

Today, I got home and had a UPS parcel waiting for me.

They included 2 packs of BAP to cover my postage, which was all good, but they didn't send me back my Gretzky SOTT.

I commend Chris Carlin for making the situation right, and I'd like to retract any comments I made about him 'not caring' that I was disappointed by my bad luck. I was disappointed by the runaround I was given at first, but all is well in the end. He made the situation right (and then some), which is all I wanted in the first place.

Oh yeah - the replacements...

They must like you. I got for replacemnt for a Lafleur auto/bust, a Miettinen auto/jsy. WTF?!?! I guess they have there days.
