Ripped off on Ebay

Although this is kinda old thought I'd let everyone know.....

Won a Turco Sp Game Used Letter Marks auto "R" #19/50 Ebay Item #160093892268 for $57.25 on 11-Mar-2007 from Ebay user I.D. bella_b1977. Sent a personal check and needless to say never received the card. Sent numerous emails in which he replied item was sent. Never received, even called and he said card was on the way. Stopped returning phone calls and emails shortly thereafter.

It would be appreciated if anyone comes across this card to let me know. And please beware when dealing with this individual. He is no longer registered on Ebay under his previous i.d. bella_b1977.

If you have the cancelled check, you have his/her banking information - got to your local bank branch with the cancelled check - they may be able to help.

I think I ran into the same gang a couple of years ago,only it was a Chris Brown.I lost $20.00 and they got suspended from ebay.Good luck playing with these people.

If the auction states that it is eligible for Buyer Protection - if you can produce a copy of your cancelled cheque to eBay - they will go thru the process and issue you a refund for your cash less $25 admin fee!
