So the other day I pulled a Marks of a Nation Gretzky /50! Hooray, right? Well seeing as it's a redemption and with UD's current woes, I am a bit worried about the card; A) being made period and B) being made in a timely manner

So should I redeem this card and hope for the best or should I sell it unredeemed for probably a touch less than it's worth?

Input and insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I think I would sell/trade it to someone willing to take the risk. UDs woes are no secret so anybody willing to buy it would also be willing to bear the risk I would assume.

I would throw that on ebay a.s.a.p. You can't trust UD to do anything right in regards to redemptions right now so I would sell it in a heart beat.

If you really want the card I'd suggest selling it and putting the money you get aside to buy the card back if/when it's made.

SELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A couple years ago, the LetterMarks Gretzkys were redemptions and never made so I wouldn't take the chance myself

I wouldn't trust any redemption right now, Scott. The company has the external appearance of one deeply in trouble. Bail. Bail hard.

If its a card you don't plan on keeping once redeemed. Then now is the time to sell. :)

best statement yet.

other stuff about the condition of the company is speculation but why bother redeeming if you're not going to keep it in the PC? even if the company wasn't going under, would you want the possible headache of dealing with the redemption process if the card wasn't going to be made?

Sell, Sell, Sell.

Not only is it a hugely risky proposition but those Letter/Nember/Team etc Marks are just plain ugly and a waste of a nice sig.
