Rookie Update Question

Will the RCs in Rookie Update have all the same parallels that the original product had? For instance, will the Black Diamond RCs in Update have the Ruby, Emerald, etc., parallels, or will there only be the "base" cards? Thanks!

I doubt Rookie Update will have all of the parallels, but you never know. In 03-04 UD didn't include parallels in RU, but in 05-06 Upper Deck Series 2 they did include Victory Update Parallels (Gold & Black) so I guess there is a chance there will be parallels in UDRU. So I guess my official answer is I have no clue. Mike

From what I've seen on the sell sheets, I do not believe they will be putting parallels in for any of the sets, but cannot confirm or deny this for certain.

I know for sure that they DO have the Spectrum Parallels from SPx in the rookie update. I saw it on the Beckett article that was posted a couple days ago on their site. I was a little surprised because I always thought that they sort of missed the boat by not including the parallels... so, since there is spectrums, I wouldn't be that surprised if they had other parallels from other sets as well.... but then again, I would be even less surprised if they weren't included
