I used to send to Canada via E-Bay/Pay-pal some time back & was thrilled when tracking was added, was not so thrilled when rates rose like a rocket so quick. Then I have 2 cards with tracking get lost in the mail, one went to Miami & tracking stopped (I'm in Tennessee), the other card made it to the boarder then no further tracking, Lost $ on both. I quit offering International after that.
With that said I like to try again but this time adding insurance on all items so if they get "lost" I'm not out this time.
Questions are -
1. What does a normal 3 to 5 ounce bubble mailer with tracking cost to send these days via e-bay/pay-pal?
2. Has the system gotten any better?
3. Any advice?
