Save the Mess next time..Use FedEx when High Value cards(Even if its cost alittle more)U get a Tracking # with next day delivery(Sig Required).With FDX It's called delclared value of pkg & would need a Commerical Invoice..NEVER PUT HOCKEY CARD ON AWB WITH HI VALUE,It's a RED FLAG for thieves..I put Card/Sports & never have had a problem..Good Luck Jeff

You probably should not have marked the value as $275.00 on the customs slip. I would be pissed if I were the buyer, too. Obviously you do not know how to ship outside the US.

LOL. Are you really advising someone to break the law?
Violations of the Customs Tariff and the Excise Tax Act can lead to criminal charges, fines, etc.
Write the value of the card on the package, especially if it's insured for that value.

Update...took me a while since I was at the Final Four.

I threatened with the police/RCMP, as well as a visit to his house when I'm up there this summer. It is something I would do.

He quickly replied back with:

"Relax, it was a belated April Fools Day gag."

Insurance never works outside of the country, because the package is only marked as being delivered to customs. The post office has no proof of delivery to the actual resident. Good luck proving that point gamebreakers.
