I found this in my continual search for Taylor Hall cards;

Pretty sure it's a fake.

Pretty sure it's not a product-released auto and doesn't even look like an in-person auto. I haven't seen much Hall fake stuff that I'm aware of. I have seen a fake patch and probably a hand full of bogus autos. It makes me sad to see people doing stuff like this. I know some teams with nice patch options (esp Chicago) have it worse off, but that is one of the benefits of a team with not many options for great patches

Anyways, just wanted to share.

Guarantee it's a fake. Hall's signature is very consistent. If he signs in person, his auto is shortened up to just the 'T', a loop, and maybe the '4' as well. Any product auto is sharp, and clean. The card in your scan looks like it was scribbled on. Good one to avoid, especially at that price!

Whenever you see a sig with all those pauses in it, it's usually either because it's signed by someone that's 135 years old, or it's fake.

The condition alone would make me walk away. Brutal condition issues on the front. No wonder the guy posts the backside as the main pic. Looks like someone ran an iron over it a couple times and then threw it at the wall.
