No, a lot of the Guidry were patches. Actually, I haven't seen many non-patch versions.

the colors looked kind of funny
I had a few like that, so they are real. The patches used are from left overs from the 2000 Fleer Yankee Clippings Game Used Set. The patches and pieces that were too bulky for that set. That's why they called the set "Final Cut" because they were the final cuts of those jerseys.
