Sending overseas

Hi there,
I am sending from Finland and my sendings overseas to US been more then 100days to come. What have changed in last two months?

I send first class mail always.

Any tips what I can do more get my sendings to buyers its preciated.

It seems to work both ways. Shipping from Canada to Finland seems to be roughly two months currently.

Really? I live in Southern Ontario (I'm less than 200 KM from the USA boarder) and I find that packages from Finland or Sweden usually arrive quicker than ones from Buffalo.

How to speed it up? No idea.

For me USA post services (the USPPSPSPSPSSPSPSS stuff) delivery times are counted in days, not in months.

It's good to understand that any buyer/trader who has any credibility _never_ judges on the arrival date, the only date they can use to judge is the date on the stamp.

Count me in the camp that sending to Europe is quicker than sending to Canada. Just sent 2 Rinne inserts in a PWE to Finland and arrived in 8 days.

weird. I shipped a card to United Kingdom and it took one week to get there without issue. With regular mail.

+1 more to this. i have a hobby buddy that lives in Finland that i buy ebay stuff for when the seller won't ship overseas. usually takes a week, maybe 2 tops, to get to him in a bubbler.

It seems to be a giant crap-shoot recently.

I have had stuff take three days to get to Canada and am still waiting on one that is six weeks - same to Europe. Not sure there is anything you can do except pray to your diety of choice and dust off every good luck charm you can find.

With USPS it's about a week to 10days to Europe for me recently.

Hard to imagine but right now USPS is providing even worse service than Canadapost for me. This has been the norm for my last 20 or so packages going to the US with tracking. Seems to be the standard since closing down facilities across the country.

There was a known problem with letters sent early February but the problem is now fixed by USPS and letter go through in 5-7 working days.
