Series 2 Easter Set?

Anyone know the story behind the new Series 2 Easter set? I see people are selling them on eBay. Cards have a green foil to them. New box? Where are they sold?

Probably a Walmart exclusive blaster format like UD1 Holidays?

Yeah it looks like the base are the green foil for 251-500
and they have Holiday Dazzlers for 51-100. Those are Purple for the S2 release (those were green and red in S1)
