so i stopped at the LCS yesterday and took two boxes to finish off a case.then took another two from a fresh case.today i stopped by after work and took two more from another case.the shop owner got in 10 cases and by 5pm today he was down to 2! talk about hype! well i didn't hit a Lafreniere YG i did destroy the odds in terms of case hits.these are the goods from just six boxes

looks like i hit all three cases worth of YG Clear Cuts :groove:
So,as i was breaking the first two boxes yesterday at the shop another collector who never touches Hockey,mainly Basketball,comes in and sees me ripping away and decides to buy two packs from an open box on the shelf and pulls the Lafreniere YG!! man i hate when that happens!! I came home a bit disgruntled and had some mail waiting for me from Upper Deck.it was a replacement for a brutal pack of Ultimate a few months back where every single card was damaged from the factory machinery.it was a meh pack tbh,two Rookie auto's and a jersey and base card.the replacement was a mere one card for the 4! buuuuuuut...

Today i picked up those two boxes of series one and noticed a lone box of Credentials looking for a home,the last box in the shop,been there for months and literally had dust settled on the top.down to the last pack with not even a serial numbered card and out this beauty popped!

#05/25 i'm sure i'll pull a Lafreniere from retail down the line.i never hit the big rookies in Hobby ever! all my McDavids & Mathews came from retail tins
