I'm busting a case or 2 today. Anyone looking to build sets or player collectors looking for parallels, let me know

By the way, the Golds /100 are retail parallels

As a few other members mentioned, the price point is around $55.

And I gotta say that the Colors and Contours parallel looks pretty cool. Even if they are a pain in the a$$ to put into sleeves. lol.


 
Does anyone know the odds on those colors and contours? Look great! Especially in a product like MVP. I will be looking to grab the gaboriks from it if anyone pulls any of the parallels. Haven't been able to grab anything from prime so I'm happy with some cheap cards haha

Six per box. ATTENTIONAL ALL SHOP OWNERS SHUFFLE THE PACKS WHEN YOU GET THE BOXES. out of the three boxes I have opened so far the color and contours parallels we primarily in one row if packs. One box had four of the six in the same row, while the other two boxes had 5/6.

They are the best looking insert set in years
 
Thank you for the info! The more I see scans the more these inserts look awesome. May have to put the kings team set together when I can grab them for cheap
 
just finished opening my 5 boxes and have to say the colors and contours cards are sweet, very fun break for the price, thanks breakaway sports cards

Ah yes, the Black Diamond system. It's wonderful for pack searchers...

One year, I opened 5 cases of BD. By the time I had finished two, I was able to figure out the pattern accurately enough on the other cases to be able to pick insert packs 98% of the time in the other three cases. It all hinged on where the first parallel was in the middle box on the top row.

Level 1 seems to have 2 notches on each left and right side

Level 2 seems to have a notch in the middle of the left and right, and top and bottom

Level 3 is the 2 notches on the left and right, and the top and bottom notched

Bump on this. I bought 1 pack of Hobby and got a gold /100 for Cory Schneider. Odds for gold parallels are even listed on the back of the pack. I didn't save the wrapper to say the odds.
