Check out the shipping I gotta say this better be shipped in a friggin safe. I dont understand, I sent a package today with a well sealed padded card, priority and confirmation it cost me 4.55 USD. Why 12.00 bucks,I know this has been discussed before, but come on Ebay stop this nonsense, I was going to bid but the pure principle of paying 12 dollars in shipping detoured me. Anyone feel my pain here

Just had to say something, even if no-one agrees.

Yup, agreed guys, I really wanted that card and kinda kicking myself in the butt for not bidding over the 28 bucks for the auction, but **** that shipping is high. To bad he might have gotten even more for the card. I would have traded even higher for it!

I've walked away from quite a few auctions, simply because the shipping was ridiculous. No use giving anyone incentive to charge outrageous amounts for no reason other than greed, as Dan said. You don't want to pay the fees based on the final price, don't sell on Ebay.

$30.00 USPS Airmail Letter Post

This is even worse for international.....

I just received a signed card in a padded envelope and the cost was $3.00.......

for 30.00 it should be sent with its own security guard

I can only say but easy for me to do since I don't collect individual players but no way I would ever pay shipping for a card that high no matter if I wanted the card or not. I have let many cards go based either on the seller (too many negatives) or the price of shipping it too high imo. I know it does not help but that is my two cents and I do feel your pain it is not right but didn't I read Ebay is going to crack down on these jokers and shipping charges?

I won't pass on an item I want based on principle, but I will certainly factor the shipping cost into my final bid. If I want a card, and am willing to pay $40, I really don't care if they want $39 for shipping, but $1 is my max bid.
