Shipping to Canada

Hi All,

Quick question to those that have some advice to give. I need to ship something off to Canada that is rather high end and want to know how to ship it from the states so that I am covered with Paypal (confirmation/signature wise)? I remember reading something on this topic before but can't find it.

If using the US Postal Service, then your only options are Registered Mail or Express Mail.

I can use the USPS, DHL, or UPS. I mainly just want to make sure that I am covered with Paypal as I have heard some horror stories about them lately.

I found a way to do this without costing an arm and a leg. If you send a larger envelope and fill out the white (huge) customs form, this is the way to go. They scan the larger customs form upon delivery. Then you can call and talk to a real live person who can verify delivery.

DO NOT send it UPS. They charge a huge brokerage fee to bring stuff through customs and it really peeves off buyers in Canada
