Shocker! Another bad Ebayer thread

Bought 2 cards from him via BIN and paid immediately with Paypal. Seller lives one province away. 3 weeks later, no cards so I open a claim with paypal and e-mail him. He says uses the lame "package was returned to me" excuse and says he sent it back out. 2 weeks later, nothing. I check my Paypal today and guess what? He had no funds to recover from his account so paypal says "we are taking action against him to recover your funds". Yeah, right... Ebay and Paypal are a total joke, once again

ya, ebay has gone downhill lately. i bought several cards from a guy in the states, a month later, still nothing. ive now filed a claim, but ive made 3 sales with the guy in the space of a week, and ive gotten none of the packages. it IS rediculous
