so i picked up a 08-09 heroes & prospects made to order single and sent it in around the begining of december. on the itg site it says that it usually takes 6-8 weeks for cards to be made. its now april 20. i know they ship cards out asap since i recently got my 2 09-10 heroes & prospects hshs and today i recieved my vancouver 2010 cards. i have been worried for awhile that maybe it got lost on its way. i did have a tracking # when i mailed it, but now have to see if i can even find it. at this point do you think i should be worried or is itg just working on their other projects and thats delaying the mto's?

Yup might want to contact them see whats up. If you dont get a response when you call it might mean they are going belly up, just dont break out the pitchforks yet though eh! Kidding aside Im pretty sure with the Sueprlative release they have just been concentrating on that.

They have I think a grand total of 13 employees working feverishly to pack out Superlative right after finishing up BTP, I know it's an agonizing wait but trust me it'll be well worth it :D

iam hoping that they have just been busy and will get to the mto's after the release of superlative 2.

MTO's generally get done up in batches is my understanding. If it happens your was the only one received during that time period it may take a lil longer but they're well worth the wait. I'm currently waiting on a Starting Lineup MTO myself and hopefully it'll get done before expoish anyways.

I wouldn't worry at all. IF you persist in worrying, a quick email to ITG will suffice to address it.

should i be worried (itg mto)

Answer, NO!

Speaking from experience, I've also had to wait. However, like Kevion mentioned its a very busy time for them. If your worried, shoot over an e-mail and confirm that they received it. But besides that, you should be in good hands. Well worth the wait.

Cheers,

I say contact them. Can't hurt. It's a quick email, and they'll get back to you very quickly. Have your address and tracking number ready!!

While I appreciate Clippers00 patience in waiting for his MTO card, posting a thread is not the way to get an answer.

I don't think there are any board members who can help him out.

After eight weeks we don't mind getting emails checking on the status of a MTO card.

I checked this morning and we have NO MTO cards in the system from Lake Tahoe CA, that's the only information I have on Clippers00 which I obtained from his post.

A complete name and address would help and I would gladly check into it for him/her.

Good good. I think this is a reasonable place to let this thread lie.
