13 years ago, my girlfriend I were walking around "The Forks" (Winnipeg). As we went through the shops, she found a Patrick Roy print. I thought it was nice, but for 29.99 I wanted beer money more:)

Anyway, later on she bought it for me and has been with me ever since.

I loved Patrick Roy, as a kid in the 80's I would pretend I was him when we played road hockey, and I collected every card I could.

Years later (after I married that girl), our Base was shut down and moved to CFB Shilo, MB (July 2004). I packed the lithograph away, and until this morning haven't seen it for 3 years. I actually forgot about it mostly due to the fact that I don't really collect him anymore (only because of what he said about the opposing goalie in the Memorial Cup last year or the year before).

So this morning I am treasure hunting through all my memorabilia that doesn't fit in my rec room, and I find the lithograph. I see that Michaels is having a sale, and I bought a frame for it.

Titled "THE SAVE", it tells the story of the 93 playoffs, the record overtime wins, and the fact that he won the Conn Smythe trophy that year, and also in 1986.

Any other hockey fans have this print or one like it?
Enjoy:)
oh yes, it is for trade

Thats a very nice find, congrats. I have seen those around everyone once in a while, I think I have one of Damon Stoudamire from when he played for the Raptors.

It looks good. It's shocking to see how much stuff we accumulate over the years. I bet if I look hard enough I'd find some buried treasures too!

The frame looks great. They're usually expensive...what kind of damage did it do to your wallet?
