HAHAHAHAHA Steve Blackman!!!!! The Lethal Weapon himself. Forget all the hockey cards Don...that autograph wins the mailpost hands down (or kendo sticks down in this case)

Man, seeing that card brings back memories of his theme song. The best part is that the WWE pulled it from some stock music archive, and it's basically on every single nature disaster and cop show these days.
