Silly question... Are there still tariffs when importing cards from the U.S. into Canada?

As the title states...

Working on a deal to bring in some unopened product from the United States and am wondering if I should expect an additional 25% tariff added to the bill?

Pretty sure the counter tariffs that Canada had on the US that included cards were removed on September 1st.
